Technologywhich helpswho work
The PRATICA milling machine has been designed to facilitate and improve all the drilling and milling operations of electrical panels.
Everything starts using a simple 2D CAD on which it is possible to draw the "openings" to be made as well as to set the fixing templates of the components to be installed in the bottom plate, creating the desired layout quickly and easily, even by drawing on the libraries available on-line or previously created.
Thanks to PRATICA it is possible to drill the internal panels for the installation of the components, and to make cuts of any shape on doors, junction boxes, etc ...
Aided by a powerful Ethernet controller and the integrated CAM, DWG / DXF files generated by any CAD can be imported, making it extremely flexible and easy to use.
With PRATICA positioning the components on the bottom plate to "trace" their fastening, the use of hole cutters, hydraulic punching machines and jigsaws becomes just an old memory of how people used to work in the past...
The fixing of the workpieces, whether they are boxes, plates, doors or sides of electrical panels, but also Lexan, wood or other materials, has been optimized and made simple thanks to the use of the motorized mobile support surface, as well as specific clamping brackets which, together with the very useful sheet-holder, which we devised, prevent the piece from moving, thus ensuring precision in the machining of a real "machine tool".
Photocell barriers prevent entry into the work area during automatic machining, which, together with the protections around the tool, allow operators to work in extreme safety.
